The most accurate method for testing hot tub water hardness! Water hardness is very important in overall hot tub maintenance. Water that’s too soft will corrode equipment. Water that’s too hard can precipitate out calcium deposits. In areas where water does not originate from a municipal water supply, i.e. well water, hardness levels are frequently above or below recommended levels.
Use the Taylor Calcium Hardness Test Kit to test the hardness of your water and monitor the level on an ongoing basis.
NOTE--Bottles of testing liquids (reagents) should be replaced annually to ensure accurate testing.
