Returns & Exchanges

Every effort is made by Olympic Hot Tub Company to ship all items as ordered. If you wish to return an item, we ask you do the following:

1. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice with the merchandise you wish to return.

2. Insure the package for your protection and return to:

3. Merchandise returned must be unopened and in condition for re-sell.

4. Please ship any items you wish to return within 30 days of receipt of product.

5. Please indicate whether you wish to return the item for a refund, or if you choose to exchange your purchase for other merchandise. A representative from Olympic Hot Tub Company may contact you to confirm details before the return or exchange is processed.

For Returns: We will credit back to your account the full amount of the purchase price plus sales tax less any shipping charges.

For Exchanges: We will process the exchange as requested. If a credit is due, we will credit back to your account the full amount of the purchase price plus sales tax less any shipping charges. If a balance due results from the exchange, we will charge the remaining balance plus sales tax to the card you provided for the original purchase. Reasonable shipping fees to ship the new product will be assessed.
