FAST, WELL-PACKED SHIPPING is our promise. Our many repeat customers tell us how much they like our service. You’ll notice the difference!

· We ship most orders (at least 95%) complete within two business days.

· We let you know immediately if there’s a backorder and when to expect it.

· We ship all packages UPS Ground or USPS whenever necessary.

· We use recycled packaging whenever possible.

· Very reasonable shipping fees will be added to your order; shipping charges may be subject so sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state to which the order is being shipped.

· We can only ship orders within the U.S. at this time.

· Hazardous materials (chlorinating granules, brominating concentrate or tablets, SpaShock, etc.) may require additional packaging, handling or shipping fees.

· Washington State customers receive FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 before tax.

· Outside Washington State customers pay only $10 for any order over $100!
