Warranty

1. All water care products and toys or gift items purchased through Olympic Hot Tub Company’s E-Store are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time they are shipped.

2. Hot tub covers, replacement parts, hot tub accessories (including, but not limited to, lifters, safety rails, steps, umbrellas, and enclosures) are warranted by individual product manufacturers. Should an issue arise with said items, please contact Olympic Hot Tub Company’s Service Center. A representative will contact you and provide you with the information necessary to communicate with the individual manufacturer for warranty claims and repairs.

3. All products that carry a warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
